How to transfer XY Equity to a New Owner

If you have recently sold your XY Equity, or would simply need to transfer your XY Equity to a new owner, please follow the steps below.

1. Independently complete the sale of XY Equity (if applicable)
2. Contact us for the transfer paperwork
3. Complete the transfer of XY Equity to the new owner

Transferring XY Equity due to shareholder death or transfer of assets:

If you need to transfer a shareholder's XY Equity to yourself, please contact us for the required paperwork that we will forward to our transfer agent on your behalf. We will also require a death certificate and Letters of Administration.
