If you are going through the BridgeX setup, and you cannot get passed the Initializing Bridge screen, then here are some troubleshooting steps that could help.
Note: Please do not take any of these steps until after 3 minutes of the Initializing Bridge Loading screen persists on your display, and this error is only active if you are setting up the BridgeX by connecting directly to a display.
- Disconnect the power from the BridgeX for 10 seconds and reconnect
- Double check your BridgeX SD Card. Is it inserted correctly?
- Double check your BridgeX ethernet connection
- Double check your home wifi network's connectivity
- Remove the SD Card from your BridgeX, re-flash your BridgeX card and then reinstall the card into the Bridge and startup
