If my SentinelX is "Claimed" according to XYO Network App, can I still use it for Sentinel Sharing?

    This bug is now 7 months old - why has it not been fixed yet. One of my sentinels is down and exhibiting this issue - please get this fixed. I have also reported other issues and no one is replying. I am a web developer - this is unacceptable.
