COIN Plus + COIN Pro Subscription Policy
Credit Card:
Your COIN Subscription is activated as soon as your initial payment is processed. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. Your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
ECheck or Direct Debit:
Purchases made with ECheck or Direct Debit may take longer to activate, but the month of service will begin once the payment has funded. Your subscription will continue without renewal notice until you cancel. Your payment is non-refundable and your service will continue until the end of that month’s billing period.
ECheck refund prior to activation:
If you request a refund prior to your initial check being funded, we can apply your payment as a store credit for a future purchase at shop.xyo.network.
Cancellations:
Cancellations can be made at any time, but no refunds can be made after the billing cycle has been paid.
Cancelling Non-Active Subscription (Coupon):
If the subscription has not been activated within a COIN account, you may request for a coupon with the value of that month’s subscription to an upcoming subscription. For example, a purchase of COIN Plus that has not been activated can converted to a $12.95 coupon to be applied to an upcoming month of COIN Pro Subscription or another XY subscription service.
Cancelling Non-Active Subscription (Store Credit):
If the subscription has not been activated in a COIN account, you may request a store credit with the value of that month’s subscription for use on shop.xyo.network.
Pricing errors may occur on our sites. We reserve the right to cancel any orders containing pricing errors, with no further obligations to you, even after your receipt of an order confirmation or shipping notice from us. We may, at our discretion, either contact you for instructions or cancel your order and notify you of such cancellation. Pricing for products described or advertised on XY sites may differ from prices in our online or retail stores (as well as third party online and retail stores) or through mobile applications.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order for any reason, including limitations on quantities available for purchase, inaccuracies, or errors in product or pricing information, or problems identified through our efforts to avoid fraud and/or account abuse.
