There may be a few reasons why the subscription is not yet active:
Payment has not been processed
The first COIN Subscription month begins when your payment is processed.
If you purchased with Credit Card, it should be immediate. Please note that the email you use to purchase will be the first we look for in COIN for the new plan. If there isn't an account with that email, you may need to check your email for follow-up instructions.
If you purchased with ECheck or Direct Deposit, your subscription will begin once the check has cleared. This means it may take up to a week to see the change reflected in your account. If for any reason the check bounces or does not go through, you will lose any subscription access.
