Our shipping team is located in San Diego, California! We do our best to make sure your purchase gets sent as quickly as possible to you, but it also means that international orders may take longer than domestic.
Process for shipment:
- In most orders, you will receive a receipt or thank you email for your purchase
- You will receive an email when your order has shipped. If you have not yet received this email, it most likely means that your order is still in our shipping process.
- Some (not all) emails will provide a tracking number, and you can use that to prepare for the arrival of your order.
If your order is marked as delivered, but you did not receive it:
In almost all cases, you can contact your local post office to see whether the package was confirmed as delivered or if they had issues delivering your package.
If you are waiting on a package, and have already received a tracking number, you can often predict when you will receive your items. If the item is marked as delivered, and you did not receive your item, please check the "Shipping Progress" if available. This can give insight into why a package may have not been delivered!
For example, the post office may attempt to deliver a package, and then have to return to sender due to an incorrect address.
This may not be apparent at first, because the initial notification would look something like this.
If this is the case, please contact XY with the proper address, so we can accurately mail you your package!
