Since we are not currently listed on a stock exchange, selling the shares before we traded publicly would require you to to find a private buyer yourself.
You would find someone else interested in the shares and our transfer agent could help facilitate the transfer of the shares to the new shareholder. You will need to independently proceed with the sale once you find a private buyer.
Who can I sell my shares to?
The buyer can be anyone you know-- a family member, friend, or a stranger even!
What do I do after I have sold the shares? How do I transfer them to the new owner?
Once you have completed the sale, please contact Broadridge (our Transfer Agent) for the next steps to initialize the transfer.
Can you help me find a private buyer?
One of the Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) regulations about a Reg A+ offer is that we must treat all investors equally. This unfortunately means that we cannot advertise or assist you in finding a private buyer for your shares.
Can I post on XY / XYO Social Media Accounts about my sale?
No, this is not allowed and any posts about selling XY Equity on XY/XYO managed social media accounts will be removed. We do this to protect our investors from potential scams or false sales. Although you individually may be an honest seller, scams and false sales in the past have caused us to require that any sales of XY Equity are not advertised on our managed platforms. This means you can still use your personal social media platforms, such as a personal Facebook or Reddit, to advertise your sale of XY Equity.
