Note: This is an error we are aware of, and are working to solve.
Current Solution:
- Hit about in the bottom of the display
- Select Force Update and hold tight for 5 minutes for the update
- After the update, select Factory Reset in the About section. Check back in 3-5 minutes for this to happen.
- Once you are reset, check if you are able to log in and get passed this error message.
