If you see a discrepancy in Broadridge and believe an investment is missing, there may be a few reasons why. Broadridge has multiple steps in place to ensure shareholder information stays accurate and secure, so the upload process will take some time.
We bring the information into Broadridge on an investment-by-investment basis, and not by all purchases made by you. This is because each purchase requires and individually signed Investment Document.
If the missing investment was purchased after November 2018, we may still be importing it into Broadridge. Please wait until July 1st to see the amount reflected in your Broadridge account.
If the missing investment had an Investment Document that was signed after November 2018, we may still be importing it into Broadridge. If you are not sure whether you signed your document, please look in your email for "SignRequest".
