If you think you should have earned a digital asset, but didn't see it appear in your total, there could be a few reasons why this occurred.
- Quadtile already greyed out
- Blue ring was completed, no digital assets
- Can't click the pickaxe (no completed blue circle)
- Today's digital assets are all collected?
- My XYO Tokens I earned have been removed from my account
Quadtile was already greyed out?
Did someone already collect digital assets from your quadtile? If the section has already been geomined, it will be shaded on your map, and your pickaxe will be be disabled. You will either have to wait for the quadtile to reset, or travel to a new location to geomine a fresh quadtile!
Blue ring around pickaxe was completed?
If you saw the blue ring around your pickaxe, the quadtile became shaded, and you did not earn XYO Tokens, this may be because someone nearby is also geomining, and just geomined a little faster! You'll have to wait or go to a new quadtile to geomine.
Can't click your pickaxe?
If your pickaxe is disabled, then you may be standing on a quadtile that has already been geomined! Check to see if your map shows a greyed out quadtile, or if you connection is weak. If you're somewhere that has already been geomined, you'll have to wait or go to a new quadtile to geomine.
No more digital assets for today?
If you received a pop up, stating that today's digital assets have all been geomined, you'll need to wait for the specified time on the pop up (e.g. 1 hour 32 minutes) to geomine more digital assets.
Missing some digital assets?
If you believe assets have been removed from your account, please email firstname.lastname@example.org. Please note that if you have spoofed your location during geomining, all earned tokens during the spoofing will be removed. Spoofing is against our guidelines, and you can be banned for that behavior.
If you have recently changed devices, you may just need to log into your account, to make view all your digital assets. If you did not have an account prior to changing devices, we will not be able to help you recover your digital assets, as you need an account to keep them saved.
