As a result of software optimization, version 5.0+ of XY Find It for iOS and Android and subsequent releases will no longer support the ability to add new XYGPS units to a user account.
Registered XYGPS units will remain functional at this time.
Please note that if you have purchased an XY Finder directly from XY Findables or a direct partner after May of 2018, the model you purchased is XY4+. You will find support documentation for XY4+ here.
