As a result of software optimization, version 3.9 of XY Find It for iOS and subsequent releases will no longer support the ability to add new XYGPS units to a user account. The XY Find It app for Android will continue to fully support this model.
Please note that if you have purchased an XY Finder directly from XY Findables recently (within the last seven months as of the publication date of this article), the model you purchased is XY4+. You will find support documentation for XY4+ here.
