Common problems include:
- Not having internet connectivity
- Not enough space on device
- Play/App Store error
- Can’t Find It in the App Store (iPad)
Before attempting to download the app, make sure you have an internet connection. If you have set your phone to only download over Wi-Fi, please make sure you have a Wi-Fi connection.
The app is called XY Find It. There are a number of apps on the stores that use the name XY. If you are having trouble finding the correct app, please search for the full name.
If you receive an error claiming you don’t have enough space on your device, please clear up the requisite 40MB in whatever way you choose.
If you’re using an iPad, you would first need to change the search results to display “iPhone apps”. Otherwise, the XY app won’t show up.
If you are receiving an error such as “Error 505” or “Recovery Error”, please contact either Apple or Google support(for App Store and Play Store, respectively) for assistance. These errors are from the store place and NOT from our app.
